Cancellation Policy

At Hidden Helvetia, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while allowing us to manage bookings and offer the best experience to all guests.

✅ Cancellations by the Guest:

• Up to 7 days before the tour: Full refund.

• 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.

Please inform us as soon as possible if your plans change. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to contact@hiddenhelvetia.ch.

🚫 Cancellations by Hidden Helvetia:

In the rare event that we must cancel due to severe weather, low participation, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be:

• Offered an alternative date

• Given the option for a full refund

We will always aim to inform you at least 24 hours in advance.

Participants are responsible for informing us in advance about:

• Allergies or dietary restrictions

• Medical conditions or physical limitations

Hidden Helvetia is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the activity. Participation in hikes or tours is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for any planned hikes or outdoor activities.

Please ensure you have adequate personal travel and health insurance.
