Hidden Helvetia – Liability Waiver

By booking or participating in any tour, experience, or service provided by Hidden Helvetia, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Voluntary Participation: All activities are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.

• Health & Fitness: You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities. It is your responsibility to assess your own ability and inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies in advance.

• Allergies and Food Sensitivities: Hidden Helvetia is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from food or environmental factors during tours. Guests are responsible for disclosing known allergies when booking.

• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tours.

• Weather and Safety: While we prioritize safety, some activities may be affected by weather or terrain. Hidden Helvetia reserves the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary in the interest of safety.

• Third-Party Services: Hidden Helvetia may engage third-party providers (e.g., transportation, food services). We do not accept liability for acts, errors, or omissions by third parties.

By confirming your participation, you release Hidden Helvetia and its representatives from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise during or after the tour.
